We sell beauty, skincare, haircare, wigs, hair extensions and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. Colours and appearance may still vary depending on your device, lighting and other factors. Product availability is subject to change.
3. Product information
Please read product descriptions, ingredients, warnings and care instructions before buying or using a product.
For wigs and hair products, check sizing, measurements, length, colour and other specifications carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about a product, contact us before placing your order.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order in appropriate circumstances, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- We are unable to fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
5. Prices
Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. Any applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the law. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout where they apply.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers through our Shopify checkout.

8. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Certain products are excluded from this right for health and hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, opened or used. This includes cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wigs and hair extensions. Full details, including how to request a return, are on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Different conditions apply depending on whether the product is a cosmetic, skincare, haircare, wig, hair extension or other product.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us and see our Returns & Refunds page.
11. Wigs and hair products
Please check product specifications before ordering, and inspect wigs and hair products before wearing, cutting, colouring, washing, styling or otherwise altering them.
Products that have been altered are no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return, but this does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and branding, belongs to GDR Beauty or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our content without permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK consumer protection law.
